Mi rutina de hombros

Hola buenas días, tarde o noche, quería preguntarles que tal esta esta rutina para hombros 

8 flexiones a pino asistido

10 planche lean push up

15 seg de planche lean

10 pike push up

cuando los hago, hago los ejercicios por separado y los repito 5 veces con un descanso de 1 minuto no se si estará bien
