FabriMendoza Posted April 20, 2017 Report Share Posted April 20, 2017 Muy buenas a todos me presente mi nombre es Fabrizzio , tengo 16 años soy de contextura delgada(ectomorfo) aprox estoy pesando 58 kilos y mido 1.68 quisiera que me den una rutina por grupos musculares ya que tengo el objetivo de ganar masa muscular !!
