MARCAS:

Front lever:

- Hold: 12 segundos bad form

- Touch: 3,5 segundos half front bad form

- Press: 2 good form + hold 3-4 segundos// 3 bad form + 0 hold

- Pull: 1 half (good form) + 1 half (bad form)

PLANCHA:

- Hold: 5 segundos tuck planche

- Press: 0 en tuck

- Flexiones: 8 lean planche

BASICOS

- 45*4 curl biceps

- 60*1 press militar

- 75*4 fondos 100º +-

- 3 subidas a pino straddle // 2 subidas a pino full

- 4 hefesto con goma verde
