Howard Posted March 14, 2017 Report Share Posted March 14, 2017 Hola compañeros,después de entrenar ayer ne levante con un dolor de muñeca sobre todo cuando me pongo en posición pushup duele bastante y opte para darle descanso en agarre barra no molesta.
