Mi rutina (ESPALDA) criticar por favor

  1. 6 wide pull ups (6 kg de lastre)
  2. 6 narrow grip pull ups (6 kg de lastre)
  3. 6 pull ups (6 kg de lastre)
  4. 4 neutral grip pull ups (cada lado) (6 kg de lastre)
  5. 4 tuck front lever pull ups
  6. 5 explosive pull ups
  7. 4 inverted L-pull ups
  8. 8 scapula raises (6 kg de lastre)
  9. 3 tywriter pull ups (cada lado)
  10. 2 tucked back lever pull ups
  11. 5 skin the cat

hacer tres series, descansar 3 min entre ellas y de 15 a 30 seg entre ejercicios...

incorpore algunos ejercicios con vistas a sacar bien el back lever.
