MiguelOscar Posted June 15, 2017 Report Share Posted June 15, 2017 6 wide pull ups (6 kg de lastre) 6 narrow grip pull ups (6 kg de lastre) 6 pull ups (6 kg de lastre) 4 neutral grip pull ups (cada lado) (6 kg de lastre) 4 tuck front lever pull ups 5 explosive pull ups 4 inverted L-pull ups 8 scapula raises (6 kg de lastre) 3 tywriter pull ups (cada lado) 2 tucked back lever pull ups 5 skin the cat hacer tres series, descansar 3 min entre ellas y de 15 a 30 seg entre ejercicios... incorpore algunos ejercicios con vistas a sacar bien el back lever.
