Guest Jeefdrop Posted August 13, 2021 Report Share Posted August 13, 2021 quiero que me recomienden rutinas para progresar ya que la que actualmente por ejemplo el dia de espalda hago 3x8 dominadas pronas, 3x6 dominadas supinas, 3x5 dominadas neutras, 3x10 australianas.
