Os dejo la rutina que hice ayer (Terminar antes del tiempo marcado)

TIEMPO: 17 min.

1- 60 Flexiones

2- 40 Dominadas pronas a rango COMPLETO

3- 25 Fondos en paralelas

4 - 120 Abdominales

Todo ello antes de que termine el tiempo siguiendo el orden marcado, espero que os guste si la haceis es pura resistencia estaba muy buena.
