Rutina full body:

Calentamiento:

Movimiento articular (desde tobillo a cuello)

Sentadillas 10x3

Flexiones 10x3

Pull ups 10x3

Entrenamiento:

5x5 pistol squat.

5x5 muscle up.

5x5 hspu asistidas.

5x5 pull up segun progresion de front lever.

Esta enfocada en fuerza, pero te terminas bien pompeado
