Si quiero ganar resistencia en que me centro más en sets and reps, ejemplo, 10x10 con 1 min. De descanso y luego paso al otro ejercicio. O tipo circuito 10 dominadas 10 fondos y 10 flexiones por x series? Ayudaaa y gracias.
