Lisandro268 Posted July 10, 2018 Report Share Posted July 10, 2018 no hagas tantos ejercicios para el back lever, con solo practicar las progresiones está bien, es un ejercicio que si entrenas lo basico de empuje y tirón tendrás suficiente fuerza para hacerlo, es cuestión de practica.
