Cada set con variaciones -Calentamiento a lo Yerai -Front lever 6 x 10 segundos de advanced tuck y 20 de descanso entre series -Back lever Exactamente igual que la de front pero en advanced tuck back lever -Pull ups 5 x 5 pull ups con 30 segundos de descanso entre series. Antes logré llegar a las 15 seguidas pero por no entrenar baje a 5 solamente jajaja -Push ups 2 x 10 push ups 2 x 10 wide push ups 1 x 10 close push ups 1 x 10 de esas con las manos mirando hacia atrás que sirven para planche Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
